When your rolling 30-day spend crosses the next tier's qualifying range, your account moves up automatically — no contract, no renegotiation, and no request needed. Member pricing on that tier applies to shipments created after the upgrade.

What happens if my volume drops?

If your rolling 30-day spend stays below your current tier's range, the account settles back to the tier that matches your actual volume. You keep your account, saved addresses, presets, and history the whole time.

What is markup on the live carrier rate?

ShipAxis quotes the carrier's live rate for your shipment and adds a small platform markup on top. Each membership level lowers that markup, so the same shipment costs less as you move up. Carrier surcharges and accessorials are passed through unchanged.
