Terms & Conditions
The ground rules for using ShipAxis shipping services, tools, and this website.
Last updated: January 2026
Agreement
By using this website or tendering a shipment to ShipAxis, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Our role
ShipAxis arranges transportation through third-party carriers and provides shipping tools, drop-off access, and support. Carrier tariffs and service terms govern the movement of every shipment.
Quotes and charges
Quoted amounts are estimates based on the information you provide. Carriers may reweigh, remeasure, or reclassify a parcel, and adjustments, accessorial charges, and surcharges will be billed to the paying party.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate addresses and declarations, lawful contents, compliant packaging, and applicable permits or licenses. Prohibited and restricted items may not be tendered.
Payment
Consumer shipments are paid at purchase. Business accounts are invoiced on agreed terms; past-due balances may suspend service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipAxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the carrier's declared-value coverage for the shipment.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
