Tracking

Track A Package

Enter your tracking number for a quick ShipAxisAI status summary. Full scan history, delivery proof and claims tools live in your account on the ShipAxis shipping platform.

We don't store tracking numbers on this site. Your number is passed to ShipAxisAI, which checks status with the carrier handling your shipment.

Nothing tracked yet. Enter a number above to get a guest summary from ShipAxisAI, or sign in to the platform to see every shipment in your account at once.

What Each Status Means

  1. Label Created

Your shipment record exists and the carrier is waiting on the package. Scans usually begin within a few hours of hand-off.

  2. Picked Up

The carrier has accepted the package and it has entered the network with its first origin scan.

  3. In Transit

The package is moving between facilities. Long lanes and weekends can pass without a new scan.

  4. Out For Delivery

The package is on the delivery vehicle and is expected to arrive that day.

  5. Delivered

The carrier has recorded delivery. Delivery photos or signatures appear where the carrier supports them.

Status names and timing vary by carrier and service. This timeline is a general guide, not a guarantee of transit time.

Tracking FAQ

A tracking number is issued by the carrier at the moment your label is created on the ShipAxis shipping platform. You'll see it in your shipment confirmation, in your shipment history, and on the label itself. ShipAxis does not create its own separate tracking numbers.

Tracking Hasn't Updated?

Scans can take several hours to appear after a package is handed off, and rural or weekend lanes can pause between updates. If a shipment has been quiet for more than two business days, contact support with your shipment reference.
